The Arizona Whippet Association was formed in August of 2000 by a core group of sixteen people experienced in breeding, showing, coursing, and racing. Our membership went over 30 within the first two months and now stands at 65 members. Our goal is to promote the enjoyment of Whippet ownership, to have fun things for pet owners as well as show people and to encourage ALL to get out and participate in the various venues.
