Description:
Dr. Holly Burgess and her husband, Tim, grew up in Tucson. Holly is a Canyon Del Rio High School graduate and Tim is a Santa Rita High School graduate. Both attended the University of Arizona and graduated with BS degrees in Animal Health Science and Electrical Engineering respectively. Dr. Burgess obtained her veterinary degree from North Carolina State University in 1993. She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the University of Tennessee in 1994, and then returned to Raleigh, North Carolina, to work for one year in a small animal practice before returning to Tucson. Dr. Burgess joined Sunrise Pet Clinic in March 1996.
